Returns are accepted if you are not satisfied with your product, we will refund you within 28 days.

• The name of the item being returned, as described on the website
• The reason for your return

Please return the item in an ‘as new’ and saleable condition in it's sealed, and secured, original packaging.

Returns should be sent to – Llys Meredydd, Waunfawr, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL554YY.

In the interest of hygiene, we cannot always accept return of some products.

We reserve the right to decline returns of goods that have been opened and used including soaps and skincare products.

Please package items for return securely and reuse any protective materials to prevent damage.

UK orders may be returned free of charge.

Currently we only ship to the UK . Most orders are shipped via Royal

Mail Standard Delivery at a flat rate of £4.19 , per order , which includes a 2-7 day delivery service to Mainland UK . Alternatively, we may use a courier service such as UPS or DPD when required for larger deliveries. We do not currently ship internationally .

Shipping costs are subject to change in accordance with ongoing Royal Mail and Courier service rates.

 

Orders over £35      

Free shipping is provided for orders valued over £35 .

Shipping costs will be automatically deducted at checkout.               

Handmade soaps last longer when dried between uses.

Lather the bar between hands rather than keeping under running water for longer usage.

Both colour and fragrance of our soaps natural ingredients will fade over time.

Use within twelve months of purchase.
